This is a working draft written in plain English. It will be reviewed by a solicitor before Radogi launches publicly.

Who we are

Radogi is a training service based in Cork, Ireland. We are the data controller for the information in your account. If you have a question or a request, contact us at hello@radogi.com.

What we collect

  • Your name, email address and a scrambled (hashed) version of your password.
  • The access code you joined with, and the team it belongs to, if any.
  • Your practice calls: the audio, a written transcript and the scores.
  • What you’ve bought. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them.
  • Basic technical information needed to keep the service secure, such as your IP address when you sign in.

How practice calls are handled

Calls run through ElevenLabs, our voice provider. They record and transcribe the call so it can be scored. We have set them to delete recordings and transcripts after 90 days. Your scores and feedback are kept in your Radogi account until you delete it.

Who can see your results

  • You.
  • If you joined with a team code from an employer, school or other organisation, their managers can see your progress and scores.
  • Radogi administrators, to run and improve the service.

Radogi is built for practice. We ask organisations not to use scores to make decisions about people’s jobs.

Why we use your information

  • To provide the training you signed up for (our contract with you).
  • To keep accounts secure and prevent misuse (our legitimate interest).
  • To take payments and keep records the law requires.

Who we share it with

  • ElevenLabs (voice calls and scoring).
  • Stripe (payments).
  • Our hosting and database providers, who store the service’s data.

We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can see, correct or delete your information. You can delete your account and practice history yourself from the Account page at any time. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

Age

You need to be 14 or older to create an account. If you’re under 18, your employer or school must have your parent or guardian’s permission for you to take part, including for your practice calls to be recorded and scored. We rely on that confirmation when you sign up and when a team code is created. A parent or guardian can contact us at any time to see or delete a young person’s information.
