This is a working draft. It will be reviewed by a solicitor before Radogi launches publicly.

Your account

You need an access code to create an account. Keep your password to yourself.
One account per person. Don’t share your account or let someone else take your calls.

What you’re buying

Each level is a one-off payment for that level’s practice customers, scoring and certificate.
To keep the service fast and affordable, practice calls are limited to a set number per day.
Levels marked as in production can’t be bought until they’re ready.
If something doesn’t work and we can’t fix it, contact us within 14 days of buying and we’ll refund you.

Team accounts

Businesses pay per store, per month, and can cancel any month. The business decides who gets a code. Managers can see their team’s progress and scores.

Under-18s and employers

Radogi is made for people at work. You need to be at least 14 to create an account. If you’re under 18, your employer is responsible for making sure you’re allowed to do the work, and for getting your parent or guardian’s permission for you to use Radogi, including having your practice calls recorded and scored. We rely on what you and your employer confirm when you sign up and when a team code is created. A parent or guardian can ask us to see or delete a young person’s information at any time (see the privacy policy).

Employers decide who gets an access code, so employers are responsible for who they enrol and for the permissions they need to have first.

Using Radogi fairly

The customers are AI. Treat the calls as practice for real conversations.
Don’t try to break, overload or get around the limits or security of the service.
Scores are guidance for practice. They aren’t a qualification or a judgement of anyone’s ability to do a job.

Who owns what

Radogi and everything in it belongs to Radogi and the people who license content to us. That includes the practice customers and their characters, scenarios and scripts, the prompts and instructions behind them, the scoring criteria, the lessons, tests and certificates, the software, and the Radogi name and logo. When you sign up or your business subscribes, you get a personal, non-transferable right to use Radogi for training at your business while your account or subscription is active. You don’t buy or own any of the content, and that right ends when your access ends.

Your own call recordings, answers and scores stay yours and your employer’s, as set out in the privacy policy.

What you can’t do with Radogi

You, your business and anyone using your codes agree not to:

Copy, record, screenshot, download, scrape or write out the practice customers, scenarios, prompts, lessons, tests or scoring, except for your own training inside your business.
Try to find out how Radogi works under the hood, including by reverse engineering the software or getting the practice customers to reveal their instructions.
Use Radogi, or anything taken from it, to build, train, improve or market a product or service that does the same job as Radogi, whether for yourself or for anyone else.
Share, sell, resell or lend access, codes or content to anyone outside your business, including other shops, trainers, consultants or software companies.
Use automated tools or bots to access Radogi, or to run or score practice calls.

These promises last for as long as you use Radogi and for two years after your access ends. They don’t stop you training your staff your own way or using what you’ve learned in your job. They stop you taking Radogi’s work and using it somewhere else.

Private modules

Some businesses get a module built just for them. A private module, and anything we share with you while making it, is confidential between Radogi and that business. Radogi owns the module and the business gets to use it under these terms. Neither side shares it with anyone else without the other’s written permission.

Ending access

If someone breaks these terms, we can suspend or close the accounts and codes involved straight away, without a refund for that period. We may also ask a court to stop the misuse and claim for any loss it causes us. If you spot an account or code being misused, please tell us.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Radogi accurate and available, but the AI can make mistakes, including in scoring and product facts. Always follow your employer’s own policies and training.

Changes

We’ll tell you by email before making any change to these terms that affects you.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the Irish courts deal with any dispute about them.
